3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Paw Clicker. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

5. User Responsibilities

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any training content or advice

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that any training methods will produce specific results with your dog.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAW CLICKER AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Injury to you, your dog, or any third party arising from use of the App
• Damages resulting from training methods or techniques suggested by the App

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paw Clicker and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Any injury or damage to your dog or property resulting from your use of the App

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Paw Clicker and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
