At Paw Clicker, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application ("App") handles information when you use our dog training clicker service.

Our Privacy-First Approach

Your dog profiles and training data stay on your device. Paw Clicker is designed with privacy at its core. We do not operate an account system or a backend that stores your training history.

1. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

When you use Paw Clicker, the following information is stored exclusively on your device:

• Dog Profile Information: Your dog's name, breed, age, and photo (if you choose to add one)
• Training History: Records of your training sessions, including clicks, timestamps, and activity types
• App Preferences: Your settings and customization choices within the app

This training data is stored locally using your device's storage mechanisms. It is shared only when you explicitly export a backup, progress card, or trainer report using your device's share controls.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be crystal clear about what we don't collect:

• No personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
• No location data or GPS coordinates
• No advertising IDs
• No usage analytics or tracking data
• No browsing history or app usage patterns

3. Data Storage and Security

Dog profiles, photos, training sessions, behavior journal entries, and app preferences are stored on your device. We do not have access to this training data, and it is not synchronized to any cloud service operated by us.

Your data remains on your device until you choose to delete it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the application.

4. Purchases and Third-Party Services

Paw Clicker uses Apple App Store or Google Play billing and RevenueCat to offer and restore Premium purchases. These services may process store transaction information, subscription status, app version, platform information, a pseudonymous app user identifier, and the non-personal placement where a Premium screen was displayed. Paw Clicker does not send your dog profiles, photos, training history, journal entries, notes, or clicker activity to these services.

We do not include advertising SDKs or general-purpose usage analytics. Fonts and training content are bundled with the App and are not downloaded from a font CDN while you use it. Purchase processing is subject to the privacy terms of your app store and RevenueCat.

5. Children's Privacy

Paw Clicker is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used our App, please contact us at info@pawclicker.com.

6. Your Rights and Control

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Access: You can view all your data within the App at any time
• Deletion: You can delete individual records in the App, clear the App's data in your device settings, or uninstall the App
• Export: You can create a local .pawbackup file and share progress cards or read-only trainer reports when you choose

7. International Users

Paw Clicker can be used worldwide. Your training data stays on your device unless you explicitly export it. App stores and RevenueCat may process purchase information in other countries under their own privacy terms.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

If we make material changes that affect how we handle data, we will notify you through the App or via the email address you provided (if applicable in future versions).
